On the Board of Cityscape Properties Ltd we have the following reputable personalities who have distinguished themselves in their respective careers both in Government and private practice.

Alh. Hadi M. Imam
Chairman, Board of Directors
A graduate of ABU (1978), he started his working career with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc from 1979 to 1992, where he held various positions before leaving to join Savannah Bank Plc from 1993 to 1997. He rose to the rank of Branch Manager, Assistant Area Manager, before he resigned and set up a Financial Consulting firm, Associated Partners Nig. Ltd., where he is the Managing Director. He sits on the Board of various organizations.

Alh. Garba Ahmed
Managing Director/CEO
He is a graduate of Surveying, worked with the Ministry of Land and Surveys, Kano State (1974-1996) where he held various positions, including Surveyor-General of the state (1992-1993), Permanent Secretary (1993-1994). Surveyor General (1994-1996), retiring in 1996 to be one of the founding fathers of Cityscape Properties Ltd and sits on Boards of other companies and organizations. He is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Mr. Emeka Okaro
Executive Director/Head, Estate Management & Consultancy
A graduate of Estate Management (1980) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a corporate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (No. 441) and registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria as A476; a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Mr. Emeka Okaro has had over 20 years of unbroken private practice and experience in the general practice of Estate Management in different locations of the country including Kano, Lagos, Enugu and Abuja.

Mr. Asuquo Akpan
Executive Director/Head, Estate Management Services
Bsc (Botany) 1993 and FMP Certification from IFMA. Also a Member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and British Institute of Facility Management (UK).

Mr. Asuquo Akpan has had over 20 yeas experience in all aspects of Facility Management services. He has attended several Facility Management courses and conferences within and outside Nigeria

Alh. Mustapha Mansur Daneji
Executive Director/Head Finance
Holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting (1983) and a Professional Certificate in Accounting (2001). Mr. Daneji has worked in various capacities in the Office of the Auditor General of Kano State (1984-1992); (1992-2007) worked with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, where he rose to the position of Acting Head of Finance.

Surv. Muhammad Idris
Director
A land surveyor of repute, Muhammad Idris holds a HND Land Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnic (1973-1980), B.Sc. Surveying from the University of Lagos (1985-1988) and a post graduate Higher Professional Diploma (HPDS) in Computer Studies from Bayero University,
Kano. After a breif teaching experience at Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, he worked in the Ministry of Land and Survey, Kano State between 1981 and 1985 where he rose to be a Zonal Surveyor with enormous responsibilities to that portfolio. In 1993, he became the Surveyor General, Ministry of Land and Regional Planning, Jigawa State. Muhammad Idris is a member of several professional bodies and has successfully overseen many government and private projects. All these experience he brings to bear on the Board of Cityscape Properties Ltd.
